Leadership Program

Be Joyous and Unmask the Greater Leader who lies within YOU!

The purpose of my leadership program is to produce forward thinking leaders who embrace diversity, promote critical and creative thinking, welcome collaboration, and embody confidence to inspire people to tap into their BEST! Participants will learn ways to love themselves, to adore others, and to make worlds (environments) better than they found them. Participants will also learn proven leadership strategies, soft skills, and techniques that produce effective and efficient productivity, in personal and professional settings. Today’s employees have a desire to follow individuals who are perceived as honest, inspiring, forward-looking, and competent, not their given titles (i.e., supervisor or manager). This program will build on those influential above qualities that are within all of US with a “Check Your Life” approach and the magical gift of LRM!

Learn How To:

  • Employ introspection and metacognition to become mindful and self-aware
  • Design personal self-awareness to evaluate individual and organizational conflict
  • Assemble relationships that are beneficial for your personal and professional growth
  • Differentiate between perceived and real diversity: Genotypes and phenotypes
  • Evaluate diversity and how to positively integrate inclusion
  • Construct ways to successfully communicate to different personality types
  • Bonus Leadership: My 5-step process to peace within pressure-filled work environments

Talent management is a process of recruiting, selecting, training, and retaining the best employees possible. With succession planning, this added pressure raises anxiety levels of employees, managers, and both, internal and external stakeholders. This conflict can hamper personal and professional productivity. This program supplements personal and professional development, to manufacture a more holistic approach to effectual leadership. This leadership program will put the fun back into management and the joy back into teamwork, empowering us to unleash our collective greatness!

Who Should Attend

People pursuing personal joy and internal peace that leads to professional greatness. My leadership program serves as a boon to leadership professionals and administrators who seek to integrate fun into managing operations and guiding others. Individuals who have a desire to augment their leadership prowess to create energized and inspired teams should attend this program. Today’s businesses still rely on bottom-line results, and those numbers are achieved by embracing talent management (keeping top talent within their organization). If you want to recruit, hire, train, and retain the top talent, and/or transform into top talent, this leadership program is for YOU.

Leadership Education Format

The leadership program is offered in a variety of formats. An intense one-day seminar can be offered, or to accommodate today’s attention spans; it can be offered as a detailed three-session seminar and/or a five-day seminar. However, all programs can be altered to accommodate your organizational needs and work schedules.

What makes this program unique and a collective buy-in from most individuals?

This program is designed around three overarching principles that embodies majority the of our populations:

RR – Real Raw

I will utilize quantitative and qualitative data, anecdotal claims, and professional and personal experiences to connect with all unique audiences. This honest approach will be employed to build trust and to incite participants to become more receptive to instruction. This will be used with cognitive ease, and my LRM principle.

TT – Tangible Tactics

I will operate from a hands-on perspective. I will create scenarios, case studies, and real-life examples to make learned tactics tangible to all participants. Participants will gain confidence and a vision for how to produce and implement the proper tactics for daily conflicts in their lives.

AA – Applied Actions

I will construct a task-in-basket approach to call participants to action. Participants will work individually and collectively to solve conflicts with tangible tactics, discussing critically and creatively “why” those actions were applied to a given situation or encounter.
